Printmaker, Helen Gotlib walks you through her studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan and describes her detail-oriented style that combines drawing, printmaking and mixed media processes to create her award-winning artwork. Much of her focus is on the life cycle of flora and her complex and layered creative process celebrates the subtle, yet overwhelming beauty of nature’s chaos.
The scale, scope and complexity of her work captured the attention of the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival judges in 2019 and 2021, and they honored her with the Best of Show award both years.
