Load In/Out
Load-In Instructions:
Please see below for important information regarding artist parking, load-in, and set-up.
Please note that artists with booth numbers 100 and higher will set up their booths on Thursday, March 19th, while artists in booths 1-60 will set up on Friday, March 20th. Review the Critical Setup Information link below for more details.
Additionally, there has been a change in the artist parking arrangements for the 2026 festival. More details are included in the Artist Parking Information linked below.
Like last year, accessible parking for artists with a valid, government-issued Disabled Parking Permit (blue placard) will be available in the public parking lot by the SunRail Station. To help us ensure sufficient space is reserved, please email artistinfo@wpsaf.org before Tuesday, March 17th at 5pm ET if you need us to reserve an accessible parking space. Refer to the Artist Parking Information below for special instructions about these parking spaces.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the festival at artistinfo@wpsaf.org.
