Please note that artists with booth numbers 100 and higher will set up their booths on Thursday, March 20th while artists in booths 1-60 will set up on Friday, March 21st. See the Critical Setup Information link below for more details.

Additionally, there has been a change in the artist parking arrangements for the 2025 festival. An unexpected situation has necessitated relocating Artist Parking to a satellite location. More details are included in the Parking Update linked below.

Accessible Parking for artists with a valid Disabled Parking Permit (blue placard) will be available in the public parking lot by the SunRail Station. To help us ensure sufficient space is reserved, please email artistinfo@wpsaf.org as soon as possible if you intend to use the accessible parking.
