If you are feeling frustrated that your work is the best you have ever done but is not being accepted into juried art shows or you feel that the images you are submitting may be hindering your acceptance, “in-person” applicants may bring up to 6 images of your work and one of your booth (all images in JPEG or GIF format) on a disk or a flash drive. Images only are accepted. Virtual appointment applicants will be asked to email their images with the same specifications.  The 2026 IRW judges listed above will critique them for you. Talk, discuss, evaluate, and come away with a further understanding of what the judges look for in winning work. Once again a 2025 participant was accepted into the 2026 WPSAF.

The time slots are kept to exactly 20-minute increments and are limited to a maximum of 20 participants. If you would like to take us up on this offer, please use only this email, irw@wpsaf.org to request a VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON Morning or Afternoon appointment preference.  Please begin your request specifying a virtual or in-person (morning or afternoon) appointment request, and include your residence address, and the category in which you applied. Appointments are considered on a “first- come, first-served basis” for those completing the requirements.
