The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”) provides grants to promote community appreciation of the arts and to support arts education through scholarships and programs.

The Foundation currently supports The Children’s Workshop Village, The Leon Theodore Schools Exhibit and the Emerging Artists Program at The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival each year. It also funds the Jean Oliphant Scholarship at Rollins College in Winter Park and The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival Scholarship at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

The Foundation has received funding in 2009-2010 from donations by the Winter Park-based Galloway Foundation, Land O’ Lakes Half and Half, David and Jennifer Foley, Pollo Tropical (in memory of past Festival board member Patricia Butler) and from The Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival.

The Foundation, a Florida corporation not-for-profit, was approved as a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt entity in September of 2008 by the Internal Revenue Service.
