• Notification from ZAPP, on or before
• Space assignments provided to accepted artists

DECEMBER 8, 2013 (Sunday)

• Acceptance and Exhibitor Fee deadline to ZAPP, by midnight
• No refund of exhibitor fee will be made for cancellation after December 8, 2013

MARCH 20, 2014

• Spaces in the Park set up after 8:30 a.m. by assignment
• Check in with Space Assignment Committee before set up
• Headquarters opens at 10:00 a.m. 

MARCH 21, 2014

• Space on Park Avenue set up AFTER 5:00 a.m.
• Check in with Space Assignment Committee before set up
• Headquarters opens at 7:00 a.m.

MARCH 21 - 23, 2014

• WPSAF hours:
• Friday and Saturday:  9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday:  9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
